Simple and comfy times, just like the song.
The BS-X BIOS, AKA the Satellaview, was a satellite modem for the SNES that wasn't released outside of Japan and had interesting services and games. The music is also kinda Earthbound-y so that's a plus, though this one also sounds to me like a potential first town/village theme in a Pokémon game.
