Buns with potatoes
Today I will cook Shanezhka, Shaneshka or Shanga, familiar to many since childhood. This dish was prepared by our grandmother for many of us. The Komi-Permyak cuisine is considered to be the birthplace of shaneg. Lush buns with mashed potatoes disappear from the table incredibly quickly, but they are prepared simply and from affordable products!
