Mid Summer Mushroom Hunting
Come along with me and my grand-daughter on a mid summer hunt for chanterelle mushrooms. These delightful mushrooms occur in our woodlands in the summer and autumn seasons provided there is sufficient rainfall and warm temperatures. they are a real delicacy, and rather easy to find.
