Microsoft has officially scheduled that all editions of Windows 10 (except LTSC editions) will lose support on October 14th, 2025, after which users of the operating system will no longer receive security updates or bug fixes, or any technical support/warranty. Windows 10's end of support could be a fiasco of sorts!
Users will need to plan ahead for the future when the time comes, so that they can keep themselves as well as their data safe. Migrating to Linux is an option, but not for the majority of people, due to lack of software and hardware support, learning curves that come with learning Linux, and Linux is NOT for everyone, its only for those willing to put the time and effort in to using it and learning how things work in Linux. Upgrading to Windows 11 will obviously require money and new hardware, this is also not an option for everyone as we have rising levels of inequality, which means there are more poor people than ever before.
