Make 3 People Vomit - DISHONORED Death of the Outsider - Side Effects Achievement Trophy Guide
"Plagued Spirit" is an orange bottle you can find in Dishonored Death of the Outsider. If you throw it at enemies they will start vomiting and are distracted for a short time.
To get the "Side Effects" Achievement / Trophy, you have to find 3 enemies that are very close to each other and throw the "Plagued Spirit" at them so they vomit at the same time.
A good spot for this is the Spactor Club in Chapter 2. Go upstairs and pick up a bottle of Plagued Spirit up and throw it at the 3 enemies that are sitting next to each other.
