PoE - 3.28 | Iciclemine WITCH VERSION Test Run
After this test run for 3.28 by simulating the Witch, I have some personal thought:
Witch version has less mobility, mine throw feel slower than DeadEye version.
Tooltips shows damage may higher than DeadEye a little bit, but in a real gameplay I feel not much different.
I think if you really want to play the build, I would recommend go DeadEye instead of Witch. Maybe at the high budget it will be stronger but in early budget it may not feeling well.
