Did you know that the Allies refused to sign a peace treaty with the defeated German state after WWII for forty years?
The late Jacques Bacque wrote the book which is the basis of this documentary film about the intentional starvation, humiliation and attempted 'passive murder' of millions of German troops and German civilians at the end of WWII. Neither German teenagers (who had been conscripted into Germany military) nor senior aged woman or men or children were spared the revenge and hate projected on to them by U.S. military personnel. Both the German former military personnel and the German citizenry were to be starved en masse as per the ideology of the shameful Morgenthau Plan.
This was a wholly evil attempt to eradicate the lives as many German lives as possible in a relatively short period of time. The American senior military officials created a new classification of 'enemy combatant' which they believed would allow them to bypass treating the detainees according to legal protections established in the Geneva Convention.
Ask yourself: Why haven't I hear about this before? Why has it been covered up? Who would have benefited from this policy being enacted?
