So, lore
Spade, Club, Heart and Diamond are all cosmic entities called Cards. To be the next big ruler of the Universe, all four of them have to compete in a race of sorts: the Dark Road.
The Dark road is where the individual is challenged with things that go against their personality.
But before any of the Cards were sent off, Diamond disappeared, putting a wrench in the whole thing. Did Diamond leave before them? Was Diamond being a coward?
Maybe the other Cards should go on a search...
