Here are all 20 Tarot Card (Graffiti Mural) locations in Night City for the Fool On The Hill side job in Cyberpunk 2077. You can speak with Misty after scanning all twenty of them to learn the locations of the remaining two. She gives you a dreamcatcher for your apartment, and you get a Wandering Fool achievement.
