1. Unplug or Disconnect the device from power Cord.
2. Press and hold the reset button right after applying power
-Hold this button until USR LED will start flashing)
3. Release the reset button when USR LED starts flashing.
-Wait for a few minutes for the router to clear and restore the factory settings
Take Note: If you wait until USR LED stops flashing, and only then release the button - this will instead launch Netinstall mode, to reinstall RouterOS.
