How to Deliciously Salt Cheese Fish.
🌿You'll need:
Cheese - 1 kg
Onions - 2
Mustard seeds - 10 g
Salt - 60 g
Peppercorns - 2 tsp
Sugar - 10 g
Bay leaves - 4-6
70% vinegar - 2 tsp
Water - 1 l
🌿Preparation:
Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan. Add salt, pepper, mustard seeds, vinegar, sugar, and bay leaves. This will be the marinade for the fish. Boil for 3 minutes, then cool.
Rinse the fish thoroughly, remove scales and entrails. Remove the head and tail.
Cut into pieces. Each piece is about 1.5 centimeters thick.
Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Place it in the jars, alternating with the fish pieces. You'll have a layer of fish, a layer of onion, then another layer of fish and onion. Continue this until you reach the top.
Pour the cooled marinade into the jars and seal with lids.
Change the jars to a cool place.
The marinated curd cheese will be ready in 24 hours.
