THE RECIPES 🔥
⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯
CARAJILLO
Make espresso coffee
Head about 25 mls of brandy in a pot, along with a twist of lemon, cinnamon stick and three coffee beans
Burn off the alcohol from the brandy (careful!)
Pour the brandy mixture (along with the coffee grains etc) into a glass, pour coffee over the top.
Enjoy your breakfast!
AGUA DE VALENCIA
⅓ freshly-squeezed orange juice
⅓ cava (or other dry sparkling wine)
⅙ gin
⅙ vodka
Mix all together, and leave in the fridge for an hour or two so the flavours combine.
Serve chilled
SOL Y SOMBRA
½ brandy
½ sweet aniseed liquor
Best mixed over ice, and then served in a snifter or stemless wine glass so you can slowly and pretentiously warm it up in your hand
