The Unbreakable Wall - Meet the Sturgian Heavy Spearman
In the harsh northern lands of Calradia, where shieldwalls clash and winters never end, the Sturgian Heavy Spearman stands as one of the most formidable frontline infantry units in Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord.
He’s equipped with a Jagged Fine Steel Spear to keep enemies at a distance, a Long Warsword for when the fight gets close, and a Heavy Round Shield with 500 hit points that lets him hold the line against both arrows and cavalry.
His armor is top-tier: the Northern Closed Helmet, Heavy Lamellar Over Hauberk, Plate Reinforced Gloves, and Strapped Mail Chausses together give him over 200 armor rating across his whole body, making him incredibly hard to take down.
On top of that, his 140 Polearm, 125 Athletics, and high One-Handed skill mean he’s not just a walking shield—he’s fully capable of fighting back, holding a tight formation, or facing enemies one-on-one.
