Butter Buns / Pies with Cherry
Buns made of yeast dough with cherry filling are very tasty, fluffy and soft. Prepare these buns for a cozy homemade tea or serve with a glass of milk.
Ingredients:

Flour - 700 gr.
Salt - 1 tsp
Egg - 1 pc.
Sugar - 100 gr.
Butter - 90 gr.
Milk - 300 ml.
Filling
Cherries - 600 gr.
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Starch - 1 tablespoon
1 yolk + milk 1 tbsp - for lubrication
