"Hi everyone, I `m Valerie, a local teacher in Shanghai, I`ve been with EF for almost a year, and I hope there will be many more years with this big family.
I want to be a teacher since my childhood, now I realized my dream through EF, I`m so grateful for all the opportunities here. For me, being a teacher itself is a big achievement.
I also like to get along with children, although sometimes they will be naughty, but I can feel more happiness and sometimes it even moves me to tears. They can remember every little thing about me, one thing that makes me so impressed is after I asked each student about their favorite color, all of them said out loud “ Valerie likes green!”, I didn`t even mention it myself and I haven`t been with this class for more than a month!!!
I hope there will be more time with all my students, this is my first job after graduation, I`m so grateful, and I`m still learning to be a better teacher."
