Setting up the branched Guyot in the vine
Unilateral Guyot is a renewed cane training system and is probably the most common vine training system. Pruning is performed by leaving one fruiting canopy bent parallel to the ground toward the row and two spurs (wood canes) with two buds used to provide renewal for the following year.
