Sorry the sell ended, but I did see the disc copy in GameStop for $40 yesterday.
You can find all the mods for Fallout 4 on Bethesda's website (https://bethesda.net/en/mods/fallout4) and add them to your favorite list. From there you download your favorite mods for the menu screen on fallout 4.
