INGREDIENTS FOR MY RECIPE:
200g cooked chickpeas
100g shelled walnuts
100g mushrooms
25g shallot
25g red onion
2 cloves garlic
5g beetroot
150ml white wine
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp Guérande salt
1 tsp pepper
