Getting Started: Just Landed - Stationeers Beginners Playthrough Series
Back in 2025, I started a tutorial series specifically aimed at newer players. Since then, the game has had multiple updates so I figured I'd redo the playthrough.
This series will see me build a base from nothing. We will go through each aspect of the base carefully showing you what all the devices and structures do. By the end of the playthrough, we will have a fully functional base that has a bit of everything including a workspace that we will use for further tutorials.
There are a lot of knowledgeable / clever people who play this game. I am not one of them. I'm a pretty dumb guy but if I can play this game, so can you. My aim is to explain things as I understand them in hopes it will help you understand them too.
Remember, there are multiple ways of doing something in this game. What I show is just one of those ways.
This episode shows day 1 where we land on mars. We will do some mining and build a basic platform with everything we need to progress further into the game.
