Libby's Legacy & Nancy Alvarez Keeping the Women of Central Florida Strong
WFTV anchor Nancy Alvarez recently opened up about her breast cancer diagnosis and implored local women to schedule their mammograms. The crew at Libby's Legacy helps uninsured and underserved women in Central Florida pay for and schedule breast health services. Since Nancy's announcement they've seen triple the calls and signed up more than 100 women for mammograms and biopsies.
