Let's Refactor svelte-sonner
While trying to fix some existing bugs with svelte-sonner before integrating it with shadcn-svelte, I discovered a few memory leaks and saw a good opportunity to rewrite/refactor this project to clean up the internals and fix bugs at the same time.
