It’s not that often when professionals from HR move to the business side. Liesma Rijniece has gained experience as HR generalist, HR process and project lead in manufacturing, IT and auditing sectors. Her areas of expertise are perfomance&goal management, compensation and benefits, feedback culture and internal communication.
After life changing experience with Workday implementation project Liesma fell in love with modern HR technologies and now work for Squalio as a Product Manager fulfilling a role of Digital Transformation Ambassador and her main task is to help organisations become more productive and efficient through HR technologies. Liesma will share step by step road map on what happens during the HR system implementation project and what are the aspects you should get prepared well in advance.
