E-Learning Courses off the Shelf or Custom
www.thelearning-lab.com
When it comes to creating e-Learning courses, you have two options: off the shelf, or custom.
Off the shelf courses are ready to use, often including built-in content and activities.
They can be a great option if you're looking to save time and money.
However, they may not always fit your brand or be tailored to your organization's needs.
Custom courses, on the other hand, offer more flexibility. You can work with experts to create a course that is adapted to your brand, objectives, and requirements.
You'll also have access to premium content and activities that are tailored to your exact specifications.
You can also be sure that the course is up-to-date, as you'll be able to make changes and updates whenever you need to. If you're looking for a course that is tailored to your organization's needs, custom e-Learning courses are the way to go.
Off the Shelf or Custom eLearning courses
As you can see, I'm not really attracted by the off the shelf solution.
I consider an eLearning course to be a complex entity made up of an infinite number of parameters:
The strategy,
the survey,
the storyboarding,
the dialogue,
the exchanges
and above all an eLearning course is an organic being in constant evolution.
Your community of learners is an intelligent and mature audience that must take part in the construction of knowledge.
In this way, you build a real corporate culture that involves your learners in a continual learning process!
