USB Security Key in Windows 10 - Failed

so the signin with windows security key options all attempts were failed miserably
in windows it self you can only manage but cant create
all of the search results online talk abt 3rd party softwares to create one but problem is you have to install them on other clients as well so not a viable option in domain environment I wanted something to work with microsoft windows
well microsoft online account can create one but didnt work for me either because it wasnt special security key usb or because tpm is not enabled in bios
so I am going to dig in bios check if tpm is enabled or not and try again
so far this is just a tiral & error failure video
