Dark Souls : Overpowered Sorcery Early
An overpowered sorcery build centered around the Oolacile Ivory Catalyst and the Dusk Crown. Takes around 25 minutes to make and will be powerful enough until Seath.
The Oolacile Ivory Catalyst does not have any scaling, but is so powerful that combined with the Dusk Crown (and preferably the Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring) it will have enough damage to cheese through most of NG. The only thing you need to do is put all the souls into health to become an R1 spamming behemoth.
Made in Dark Souls, will likely work in Dark Souls Remastered.
