Cough-cough: The Kremlin has released Putin's unedited congratulations on March 8.
The Kremlin press service accidentally published an unedited video of Vladimir Putin congratulating Russian women on March 8th. The working version of the video contained some awkward takes. Halfway through the video, Putin, clearing his throat, asked the film crew to re-record the greeting. Over the course of about 30 seconds, he uttered "cough-cough" more than ten times. The video was later removed from all Russian media.
