Hossein, the little son of nomads and his mother Soraya in the shadow of his older brother Hojjat
The life of Hossein, the small son of the nomads, is cruelly intertwined with fate. He lives with his mother, Soraya, like a flower in the vast, emotionless plains. Soraya, a resilient and devoted mother, struggles with all her might to provide a better life for Hossein; however, the shadow of Hojjat, Hossein's father, looms heavily over their lives.
Hojjat, a surly and selfish man, has turned life into a hell for his family. His undesirable and reckless behaviors have not only shattered the foundation of their family but have also brought Soraya to the brink of despair. With his bitter and violent words, he has stripped Soraya and Hossein of their sense of security, erasing love and hope from their lives.
Soraya makes a difficult yet necessary decision: divorce. She knows that with this decision, she can free herself and Hossein from the trap that Hojjat has set for them. In this path, she considers her dowry; something that is her right and can be used as support for a new beginning.
In the midst of all this turmoil, Hossein is an innocent child who doesn't understand what is happening to him. His destiny is dependent on his mother, and he anxiously awaits a better future.
