Exploring Northwich - The Town, River Weaver & Dane

An area I know fairly well as I spent a fair bit of time here in my youth today we explore some the greenspaces around Northwich town centre in Cheshire. Starting at Winnington we head through Furey Woods and beside the river Weaver, through the town centre and beside the river Dane then crossing the river Weaver at Hunt Locks we head up to Castle and through Verdin Park back to the starting point

There is a small car park on Beswicks road in Winnington at Furey Woods
