BOOTMGR is missing. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart error. HP Mini 210 Netbook. I factory reset it
I was receiving the BOOTMGR is missing error.
I didn't want to troubleshoot the error.
So when the netbook was booting, I went into bios setup START MENU by pressing esc on boot.
At this menu, you can press F11 to get into HP recovery and factory reset the netbook.
