Beclate inhaler
Beclate inhaler 200 contains beclomethasone dipropionate 200mcg/actuation. Beclomethasone is a corticosteroid which prevents inflammation in asthma. It is used in prophylaxis of mild, moderate & severe persistent asthma.
Dosage
Mild persistent asthma-100-200mcg/day
Moderate persistent asthma-200-400mcg/day
Severe persistent asthma-400-800mcg/day
Side effects of Beclate Inhaler are-
1. Hoarseness
2. Candidiasis of mouth & throat
3. On prolonged use it reduces bone mineral density
