Run PowerShell as Administrator
then type below command
1. DISM /online /Get-TargetEditions
after this command you will see upgrade version. If you want to update to Datacenter so you use below 3 number command
if you use to upgrade Standard version so use 2 number command

2. DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:N69G4-B89J2-4G8F4-WWYCC-J464C /AcceptEula
.................................Command for DataCenter Version........................................
3. DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerDatacenter /ProductKey:WMDGN-G9PQG-XVVXX-R3X43-63DFG /AcceptEula
If error is appear in Standard edition, pls try below command:
DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:N69G4-B89J2-4G8F4-WWYCC-J464C /AcceptEula
After Installation success it will take a restart
Then use and enjoy Windows Server 2019 full edition
After Restart:
Open Text File:
Paste This Command and Save as File name win2019.bat
Then run administrator And press Okay 3 times pop up menu when you see
