FUNcube (AO73) telemetry

Receiver: RTL-SDR V4 + 15dB LNA at the antenna (137MHz eggbeater). The receiver is controlled by VE3NEA app, which includes sat tracking, doppler compensation, rotor control and lots of other nice features.
