This video about the public building “Rathaus im Stühlinger” in Freiburg, Germany, is part of the Atlas of Post Carbon Architecture.
Project manager Manuela Riesterer who supervised the project from the city side worked in cooperation with architecture office ingenhoven associates. She introduces us to the new administration center as the first public net-plus-energy building in the world. The consequent implementation of PV modules on facade and roof is one of many measurements to achieve an efficient energy management.
The Atlas of Post Carbon Architecture is a project of the Passive House Centre Czech Republic and the Natural Building Lab of the TU Berlin. Ve videu uvidíte reportáž z "Rathaus im Stühlinger" v německém Freiburgu. Videoreportáž je součástí projektu Atlas of Post Carbon Architecture. Budovou nás provede projektová manažerka Manuela Riesterer, která na projekt dohlížela ze strany města a spolupracovala s architektonickou kanceláří ingenhoven associates. Jedná se o nové administrativní centrum, které se stalo první veřejnou budovou s čistou plusovou spotřebou energie na světě. Jedním z mnoha opatření k dosažení efektivního hospodaření s energií patří např. fotovoltaické panely instalované na fasádě a střeše.

Sie stellt uns das neue Verwaltungszentrum als erstes öffentliche Netto-Plusenergiegebäude der Welt vor. Die konsequente Implementierung von PV-Modulen auf Fassade und Dach ist eine von vielen Maßnahmen, um ein effizientes Energiemanagement zu erreichen.
