In this video, I will show you how you can use Gooindex to quickly index your Website, Blog Posts, PDFs, Forum Posts, and HTML pages within just 5–10 minutes.
Gooindex is an indexing platform that is extremely useful for SEO experts and website owners. Through this platform, you can quickly get your URLs indexed on Google.
First, visit the Gooindex website. Then click on “Sign Up” to create a new account. If you already have an account, simply log in.
After logging into your account for the first time, you will receive 10 free credits to get started.
The first section you will see is the Dashboard, where you can view your complete overview at a glance.
Here you will see:
Active Orders
Pending Orders
Completed Submissions
Available Credits
Submitted URLs
Unread Alerts
You can use your free credits first, and later you can contact the admin to purchase additional credits.
Whenever the admin sends you a custom offer, you will find it in the “Custom Offers” section. After selecting a package, you will receive a payment request showing the total credits and expiry date. Then you can choose your preferred payment method.
For example, if you want to pay via bKash, simply select the bKash option, enter your mobile number, transaction ID, and upload the payment screenshot. Once submitted, the admin will approve your payment.
After that, return to your Dashboard. Now you can see that you have one active order with a value of $10, pending orders are zero, and completed submissions are currently zero. Your available credits may still show zero until the admin approves your payment.
Next, go to the “Bulk Submission” section. Here you can submit as many links as you want.
For example, I am adding sample links here. You can see that I submitted 15 links in total, where 10 are unique URLs and 5 are duplicate links.
In the summary section, you can see:
Total Links Submitted: 15
Valid Unique URLs: 10
Duplicate Removed Links: 5
Now click the “Submit for Google Index” button. The system will automatically remove duplicate links, count only the unique URLs, and deduct 10 credits from your balance.
After submission, you can see that your batch status is currently “Pending,” which means your links are waiting for indexing. Within a short time, the status will change to “Completed,” and within 5–10 minutes your links should be indexed by Google.
You can monitor all of this directly from your Dashboard.
You will notice that credits have been deducted according to your submission count, and you can also track your available credits and total submitted links from the overview section.
The next option is “Resubmit Links.” Here you can use 10% of your total credits to re-index links that were not indexed previously.
You will see the “Create Resubmit Batch” option. From there, select “Choose Eligible Batch,” and the system will display all your previous submission batches. You can then select the links that were not indexed and send them again for re-indexing requests.
After submitting the request, your remaining resubmit limit will be shown. This is how you can use your resubmit credits.
The next section is “Submission History.” Here you can view all your submission history data together, including:
Pending submissions
Completed submissions
Deleted submissions
And other submission details
