This is a native feature of Google Chrome that helps users to read articles/blog post even when there is no internet.
First of all visit Google play store and update your Google Chrome browser of your Android Phone. Now visit any website and long press on any link and select “Download link.” Let me visit ILovefreeSoftware.com and long press on the link of any post that you want to read later. Now you will see a Pop up which shows options like "Open in new tab", Open in incognito tab, Copy link Address and Download Link. We need to tap on the Download Link Option. As soon as you do that, that particular Post will be downloaded to your mobile. And, now if you open a new tap on your Chrome Browser, you will see that article with a new offline badge. You will also see a list of all your downloads here.
So, when you're offline, you can tap on any of these downloaded articles and read them without any problem.
