I tried the Cheesecake Factory store-bought cheesecake at my sister's house, so why not make it at home?

Cup = 240ml
140g cornstarch cookies
60g to 65g butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sugar
420g cream cheese
2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla
For the sour cream: (half a cup)
30g cream
40ml heavy cream
Half a lemon
Strawberry sauce
300g strawberries
3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
