Today in A Universal Time, we look at my favorite JoBro stand, SILVER CHARIOT! Wielded by the amazing Jean Pierre Polnareff, Silver Chariot is a stand that primarily attacks via stabbing attacks with his rapier! However, Silver Chariot is also capable of removing it's armor to increase it's speed and firing off it's rapier as a projectile!
