Visio Open Stencil
Have you opened a floor plan ready to create a layout and noticed your furniture shapes are missing and not on the left as they should be.
There is a new feature which will ensure each user is opening up the latest stencil with each floor plan.
To set this, please do the following:
1. Copy the attached stencil to a shared folder the users can access the same folder where their current stencil is would be fine
2. From the CADplanners toolbar, go to Options - Settings Visio 2007 or Settings as per screen shot below for Visio 2010
3. Choose the default stencil then click OK
