How to do this exercise:
1) First, get into a push-up position. Your FLEXVIT Mini is wrapped around the top of your feet.
2) Alternately pull your left and right leg toward your chest.
3) Support your upper body so that you move exclusively downward from the hips.

Hint:
• To train your endurance, perform the exercise as quickly as possible.
• Keep your back straight and stable.

Variation:
• Vary the exercise by rotating your thigh under your upper body. This will also train your upper body muscles.
