Doom The Dark Ages • XBOX App / Game Pass PC - changing language to English
Basically you need to use command line argument trick that also worked with Doom Eternal:
1. Make a desktop shortcut through XBOX App
2. Create a bat file on your desktop with the content:
".\DOOM The Dark Ages.lnk" +sys_langPlatform "en"
3. Run the game through the bat file

If you have your Windows language/region set to something other than English and want to play Doom in English (I usually hate localizations as they are done poorly) you're out of luck. You can always change your language/regional settings in Windows to English but that's not the ideal solution. Why didn't they added language selection as an in-game option I have no clue. Linking your localizations setting with your OS is just dumb.
Note that if you have the game on Steam, you can easilly change the language in Steam's game properties.
