How to Download Backups or Restore Backups with JetBackup
RackNerd is now partnered with JetBackup to handle daily backups for all of our Shared Hosting & Reseller Hosting servers. Additionally, customers will be pleased to know that our backups are fully off-site, and segregated to ensure optimal performance. We re-replicate all of our backups to multiple points of presences (POPS) in off-site disaster recovery datacenters, all while without compromising quality or performance to the end user or the actual production server.
What does this mean to you? Well, this means you can now access backups at your fingertips, on demand. At any time of your desire, you can now view your available backups within cPanel, and choose to either Download it to your computer, or to Restore the backup from the given backup snapshot.
