Take the following steps to configure offline files and folders:
1. Run Windows Explorer from Start Menu - Programs - Accessories - Windows Explorer.
2. In Windows Explorer, click Folder Options in the Tools menu.
3. In the Folder Options dialog box, click the Offline Files tab. On the Offline Files tab page, select the following check boxes:
Enable Offline Files.
Synchronize all offline files when logging on.
Synchronize all offline files before logging off.
Display a reminder.
Create an Offline Files shortcut on the desktop.
Click the Apply button, and then click the OK button.
