Battle of Osan: Osan Jukmiryeong Peace Park
June 25th is the anniversary of the start of the Korean War and to help commemorate this anniversary, we took a trip to Osan to the Jukmiryeong Peace Park. Here you can find a memorial, museums, and other information that's dedicated to the Battle of Osan.
The Battle of Osan was the first battle between the US and North Korean forces with Task Force Smith (US) being tasked with slowing the North Korean advance while additional UN forces were mustered.
