Nissan LEAF: Water intrusion in HV cable ⚡🌊
This is the first time I'm seeing this while doing a battery upgrade on a Nissan LEAF. Apparently there is a design flaw on these cables, and it can allow for a few ml of water to collect at the bottom of the high voltage line. If left to pool, it would eventually lead to isolation resistance fault codes. No good tip here except maybe disconnect these cables every 10 years and let it drain? :D
