How to set Google as the default search engine in Microsoft Edge
Since Microsoft rebuilt its browser on a Chromium base, changing the search engine has become much more straightforward.
Follow these steps:
1️⃣ Open Microsoft Edge.
2️⃣ Click the three dots (...) and select Settings.
3️⃣ Go to Privacy, search, and services.
4️⃣ Scroll down until you find Services, then click Address bar and search.
5️⃣ Under Search engine used in the address bar, choose Google.
6️⃣ Close Edge and open it again.
⚙️ Tip: if you don’t see Google in the list, first visit www.google.com
from Edge; the browser will detect it automatically, and you’ll be able to select it afterwards.
