How to Share PDF from Laptop to Phone - Send from Windows Computer to Android and iPhone Mobile
In this video tutorial, learn how to send PDF from laptop to phone. This guide covers how you can transfer PDF file from Windows 11 computer to Android and iPhone. These are the two most popular type of smartphone in our world today, and that is the reason I am focusing on them.
To send Portable Document Format file from your laptop to Android phone, ensure the Bluetooth of your computer and that of the smartphone are all turned on and made discoverable. They are discoverable by default.
Open the file Explorer of your Windows computer and navigate to the folder where you saved the file. Click the PDF file for it to be selected. Right-click the same file and select Show more options.
From the options displayed, select Send to, followed by Bluetooth Device. A new page opens listing some devices. Click on the device name you want to send the PDF file, and click Next button. On your Android device, tap Accept to receive the file into your smartphone.
To transfer PDF file from a Windows computer to an iPhone, first, download/install an iTunes app on your Windows 11 computer. After the installation, open the app.
With the cable you use in charging of your iPhone, establish connection between your PC and the iOS smartphone. On the opened iTunes app, click on the phone icon at the top left. The next thing you are to do is to select the File sharing tab. Select the app you want to share the file through. I recommend Microsoft Office app like Word or Excel.
Click Add File button, navigate to the folder where you saved the PDF file. Tap the PowerPoint file and select Open button. Once the file is added to the iPhone, you can access it through the Files app of your iPhone. These are the steps you need to take. Once you follow everything as explained in the video, you will get it done.
