FM23 Germany & Japan National Team FIX | Get the real players! Football Manager Tutorial

Germany and Japan are 'greyed out' in Football Manager, so you can't choose them for a World Cup 2022 playthrough....
But wait! There is a FIX to activate the REAL PLAYERS for these squads.
Locate the following folder:
(Windows/Steam) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2023\data\database\db\2300\lnc\all
(Mac/Steam) [username] / library / Application Support / Steam / steamapps / common / football manager 2023 / data / db / 2300 / lnc / all
And delete the following files:
fake.lnc
lic_dan_swe_fra.lnc
nleague.lnc
Then start a new game. Choose "Pick Team Later" and "Advanced Settings"
You can then choose Germany or Japan as your team.
Or, even if you choose another team, you will find the real players for Germany and Japan at the World Cup!
