In this video, I share a bit about who I am and why I take representing clients as a civil rights lawyer so personally. Many people come to Eric Siegel Law after visiting our website, and I want them to understand the values and experience behind the work we do.
I began my career at the Department of Justice in the Civil Rights Division, Employment Litigation Section, working on Title VII discrimination and disability discrimination cases. Representing individuals has always been the core of my practice. Over the years, my work has included civil rights, disability rights, whistleblower protection, and select commercial litigation, but my true passion is helping individuals correct wrongs and move forward to a better chapter in their lives.
Everyone faces challenges in their career at some point. Having someone you trust to help you navigate those moments matters. I am proud of the work I have done over the past 35 years and remain committed to continuing that work.
