In their recent album “A Twice Told Tale” Santi & Tuğçe tell timeless tales full of wonder and yearning for life despite the transience of all things. With “A Twice Told Tale – Reworks” a new cast of storytellers comes on board and takes these tales in new directions. Faithful to the heart of the original, yet full of creative spark, each new interpretation offers us new surprises. In this first chapter, Istanbul based producer Oceanvs Orientalis presents a bold, fiery retelling of “Kuyu” (The Well) which offers a peak into the deep, invisible corners of the heart, while Berlin based producer Martin Roth presents a mellow, mesmerizing retelling of “Bulut” (The Cloud) which describes the perpetual cycle of change and metamorphosis in nature.
