Tutorial 3 | LAMMPS Installation & Testing on Comet (XSEDE)
This tutorial video presents the installation and testing of the software LAMMPS on the Comet supercomputer of XSEDE. The compiling script named "script-make-package-COMET" and LAMMPS script example called "script_Comet" shown in this video can be downloaded from this link:

In the above LAMMPS script, you must replace the email address [email protected] by your own one.
